If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request for a full refund within 14 days of collection or delivery. You may submit your request with your order number via the web form. The products must be in its original purchasing condition, with all tags attached and must be returned in the original undamaged box/packaging.

Once returned and upon inspection and approval of your return, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for the selected products. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, damaged, or are not in its original condition. All item(s) purchased during a sale or with a promotion / discount code are not eligible for exchange, return and refund.

  • All returned items must be unused, undamaged and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please ensure your returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure you submit your return request via the web form prior to returning the goods. Kindly enclose the correspondence email together with the good upon return.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable and insured service.
  • SHOPMYAIRPORTS.COM.MY cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • SHOPMYAIRPORTS.COM.MY reserves the right to refuse a repair, return, refund and/or exchange if the item(s) does not meet all the conditions outlined above.
  • If returned an item from outside Malaysia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges.
  • SHOPMYAIRPORTS.COM.MY is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
  • You can opt to exchange the item(s) with another item(s) (subject to stocks availability), or to receive refund for your return.
  • The refund will be based on the value that you paid for the item(s) (excluding the original cost of postage and packaging).
